This allows you to charge a premium price to work with *great* clients - the ones who don’t call at all hours, demand instant email replies or pay invoices 6 weeks late.
(And the ones you don't have time to work with one-on-one!)
...because you've created a new income stream for your business.
(If you answered E, you are 100% correct, you clever human!)
Since 2017, I’ve created 5 online courses, a group program, a membership and an ebook - and that’s just in my own business.
I’m an ex corporate square peg who has found my home outside of the round hole in educating and guiding entrepreneurs like you in the art of intentional (and fun!) launches so you can reach more people, grow your audience and become the go-to genius in your industry.
Here’s the thing: I’m a weirdo. I love creating and launching new digital products.
Creating these digital products meant I could fire my retainer clients, spend a few months travelling around Europe, and cut my work-week down to 40 hours or less.
I’ve learnt a thing or two from my successful (and unsuccessful) digital product launches, and now I’m sharing my strategies with you, so you too can achieve more impact, create more profit and foster more freedom in your business.

Clarify your stand-out digital product idea, so you can start creating it with the confidence that your audience will buy it - even if you’re in a saturated market.
Discover whether an online course, group program or membership is the best format for your idea.
Develop a straightforward structure for your content so your students can get the best possible results.
Package up your offer and set your pricing strategically (you’re not selling yourself short on my watch!).
Map out your week-by-week product creation plan so you can beat the overwhelm and take action.
Learn my strategies to overcome procrastination, perfectionism and impostor syndrome when you’re creating a brand new product.
If you’re anything like me, your client pipeline is looking a little empty. Which means you have the time on your hands to either spend productively or binge-watch Love Is Blind.
Online is now our new “normal”. People are actively looking for online courses, memberships and group programs to keep them productive and to be part of a community in this lonely time.
As a business owner, you have the ability to innovate and solve people’s problems. Your digital product can make someone’s life better, even if it’s only in a small way. Right now? We need that more than ever.
Ah, but it’s not. It’s actually the BEST time. This is why:
No way, Jose!
Before I launched my very first online course? I had a few hundred email subscribers and under 1,000 followers. After I launched? These numbers skyrocketed.
Why? Because launching is what helps you reach more people and grow your audience.
As long as you have something to teach (even if you’re not an “expert”) in a digital product format, then definitely.
If you’re looking for tactics to launch a physical product, this workshop isn’t for you.
You don’t need to be an expert to create a digital product. Let me tell you a story about one of my best-selling digital products: The A-Z Podcast Launch Plan.
In it, I teach business owners how to launch a podcast. Am I a podcasting expert? Absolutely not.
I’m just a few steps ahead of my students. I’ve been through the process, so I know how to help them get results. And that’s what matters.
It’s not about proving you’re *the* expert. It’s about getting results for your students.
You sure can. In fact, I spent under $100 to create my first online course (and that first launch generated over $10,000 in sales).
Sure, getting your content professionally filmed and edited can cost thousands. But I don’t suggest you do that for your first launch.
Instead, there are some easy-to-use apps that allow you to DIY all your content - and I’ll be sharing my top tools with you inside the workshop.
Maybe your idea has been done before, but has it been done by YOU?
Let's look at my favourite people, the Italians. They invented the mighty espresso.
(And then we went and butchered it by inventing the frappucino and bulletproof coffee).
People drink espresso for the result: They feel energised, alert and productive.
A flat white produces the same result. A macchiato produces the same result. An Americano produces the same result.
Yet, people still buy these. Because a flat white drinker probably doesn't enjoy the taste of an espresso.
The TL;DR? You can launch the same idea as someone else. Just do it differently.
